Do you have a heart to help teens and young adults? If you have a minimum of 4 hours a month to spare and spend with a youth/young adult then this opportunity is perfect for you.

Struggling Youth Equals Successful Adults (SYESA), pronounced see-saw, is a non-profit community organization that helps current and former fosters kids as well as high risk youth who have experienced homelessness, school dropout and disconnection from society.

Mentoring is a developmental partnership through which one person shares knowledge, skills, information and perspective to foster the personal and professional growth of someone else. We all have a need for insight that is outside of our normal life and educational experience. The power of mentoring is that it creates a one-of-a-kind opportunity for collaboration, goal achievement and problem-solving.

Mentoring a youth/ young adult will allow you to finally fulfill your dreams of giving back.
